The service was exceptional, with the staff always happy to assist with any request, from meeting the owners John and Elizabeth to the attentive manager Kamal. The location is perfectly situated in the center of the old town, close to the Souks yet on the opposite side to the Square, making it convenient for exploring the old Medina and even venturing to the Atlas mountains. The dining experience offered a variety of tasty local foods, including delicious pastries. The facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The service provided by the attentive staff, from meeting the friendly John and Elizabeth to the efficient manager Kamal, was exceptional. They were always ready to assist with any request, ensuring that every guest's need was met. The location is perfect, right in the center of the old town, just a short walk from the bustling Souks but conveniently situated on the opposite side to the Square. It's within walking distance of everything, including the iconic Ben Yousef mosque and fantastic shopping spots in the Souk. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of tasty foods, including mouthwatering handmade pasta. The facilities provided added to the overall experience, making my stay truly enjoyable.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The four-poster bed was fab, and I enjoyed the romantic touch of rose petals all over. The selection of toiletries was a nice touch, and even with the window closed, the room felt cozy and inviting. However, there was a slight issue with noise from the street at times.
